Territory placement is an advertising / sponsorship service: display of your brand name, logo, tagline and link on a decorative game map, plus presence in leaderboards, tickers and history records. It is not ownership of anything real, not an investment, and confers no rights beyond display.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Being outbid ("invaded") by another brand does not entitle you to any refund; your placement simply ends and remains in the public history ledger. The only automatic refund is when two payments race for the same territory and yours clears second — you are refunded in full.
Seizing a held territory costs at least 115% of the current bid, rounded up to the nearest R10. The server's price is authoritative. Prices are charged in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prohibited: adult/sexual content; illegal goods or services; malware, phishing or scams; unlicensed gambling; hate or extremist content; content sexualizing minors (instant permanent ban); deceptive financial or health claims; impersonation; sanctioned entities; flags or emblems of real nations used as logos.
Brand assets are moderated before public display. Content removed for violations forfeits display without refund; ownership records remain. Severe or illegal content may result in revoked placement without refund. Ambiguous cases may be refunded at our sole discretion.
Map shapes derive from public world-atlas data and are decorative game assets, not political statements. Border representations imply no endorsement.
Any referral credits are promotional discounts, not stored value, not withdrawable, and expire 90 days after issue.
