Privacy Policy (POPIA)

What we collect

• Billing email — for receipts, invasion notices and sign-in links (transactional email).
• Brand assets you submit (name, tagline, URL, logo) — displayed publicly by design.
• Hashed IP addresses — for abuse-report deduplication and rate limiting only; raw IPs are not stored.
• Payment data is processed entirely by Paystack; we never see your card number.
• Aggregate, non-identifying analytics (page views, click counts).

How we use it

To operate the service, send transactional notices (seizure receipts, invasion alerts, abandoned-checkout reminders), and a weekly opt-out digest. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights (POPIA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information: privacy@richinvaders.lol. Note the public seizure ledger (brand name + amount + date) is a core service record and is retained.
