## What it is

RICH INVADERS sells advertising placement on a live SVG world map. A brand pays the opening price (about $5–$50 USD, charged in ZAR or via PayPal in USD) to seize an unclaimed country or ocean. Their logo, name, tagline and destination URL render on the map until another brand pays at least 115% of the current bid (rounded up to the nearest R10). Being outbid does not refund the previous holder. Placement is sponsorship, not an investment and not a claim on real land.

Zimbabwe is a sovereign seat reserved for Kudapara and cannot be conquered.

## Mechanics (authoritative)

1. Server computes the minimum bid. Clients never do.
2. Unclaimed opening = f(landmass) with prestige countries and three ocean zones at the $50 floor.
3. Held minimum = ceil(current_bid × 1.15) then round up to nearest R10.
4. Webhook (Paystack) or PayPal capture finalizes via a Durable Object so two concurrent payments produce one seizure and one auto-refund.
5. All sales final except the race-loser auto-refund.
